After College, Justin scrimped and saved every penny for a down payment on his first Rental Property. A year later Justin was finally able to buy a 3 unit apartment building for $78,000 in 2003. Before the age of 26, Justin had amassed a Real Estate Portfolio worth over $1,000,000 with Gross Rental Income of over $150,000 per year.
